- Structural stabilisation of the surface, chromatic reconstruction and technical finishing to withstand daily water exposure.
The client wanted the marble wall to appear as a single continuous slab with no visible cuts. However, for structural reasons, the slab had to be cut horizontally and joined with a seam. My task was to visually reconnect the two parts and recreate the appearance of a continuous marble surface. Using a combination of construction techniques and artistic reconstruction methods, I was able to integrate the joint into the natural pattern of the stone, while maintaining the durability required for a daily-use shower environment.
This project demonstrates how architectural stone surfaces can be visually restored without replacing costly materials.

- Complete aesthetic restoration of an exposed concrete staircase with casting defects and heavy oil stains.
- Grinding, defect correction, color harmonisation and sealing with a high-quality breathable industrial sealer.
The homeowner purchased a modern concrete residence where the staircase showed visual defects from the original concrete casting process, along with heavy oil stains accumulated over years of use. The restoration process involved removing the old sealer and oil through grinding, correcting the texture irregularities caused by the original pour, and carefully repairing the visual imperfections. The freshly exposed concrete was then color-matched to the slightly aged vertical surfaces to maintain a natural architectural appearance. The goal was to preserve the original exposed concrete as much as possible while improving the overall aesthetic quality of the staircase.
Finally, the surfaces were protected with a high-quality breathable industrial concrete sealer — ensuring long-term durability without compromising the original architectural character.
