General Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all services provided by ARISTUDIO by Fazliu (BAUKUNST).
All services are cosmetic and aesthetic in nature. They do not include structural repair or correction of underlying construction defects. Responsibility for substrate condition and prior workmanship remains with the client or respective contractors.
The exact scope is defined in the written offer. Additional work will be invoiced separately.
All work is performed to achieve the best possible visual result. A 100% identical or permanent result cannot be guaranteed due to material behavior and existing conditions.
All prices in CHF + VAT (8.1%) Payment within 30 days Surcharges: Saturday +30% Sunday / holidays / emergency (<24h) +50%
Work is considered accepted upon completion unless defects are reported in writing. Minor visual deviations do not constitute defects.
A 2-year warranty applies only to defects directly caused by workmanship. Excluded: - structural movement or cracking - substrate issues - natural material changes - wear, usage, cleaning, environment - pre-damaged surfaces All work is visual in nature and not structural.
Limited to intent and gross negligence. Maximum liability = contract value. No liability for indirect damages.
No responsibility for third-party work, environmental effects, or structural issues.
Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction: Lucerne, Switzerland.
